There are a few rules you should follow in order to be listed at Aozora :3

1 :: You must like/love Karura-Ou from the manga and/or OVAs RG Veda ^^u
2 :: You will need to provide your real name or an alias/nickname, your country and a valid e-mail address.
3 :: Nicknames can be edited by the webmistress at her discretion if they are written in STiCkY cApS, are too long, offensive, or contain numbers or symbols.
4 :: A website is not required to join but if you want to submit one, it must be made by yourself (do not put my domain, google.com, yahoo.com or websites like that) and you must link back to http://www.sadame.org/fan/karura/
5 :: If I can't find a link back here on your website, you will be added to the member list without it.
